Refund Policy

At M&N Official, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
You may return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, lingerie items (including bras and panties) are non-returnable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
